Isabelle Guilbaud
Founder - Director - Teacher
Isabelle owes her vision of language teaching, to a large extent, to her seven years of experience working abroad, first as a language student and then as a French teacher. She understands all the difficulties of learning a language and, importantly, the challenges of teaching languages to people living in a foreign environment.
Isabelle has a degree in linguistics, a masters degree in translation earned in Germany and a Diploma of Advanced Specialized Studies (DESS) in Business Management, all valuable qualifications in her role as manager of Formation Langues, the language school she founded in 1990 in Orléans. Despite her workload, as a passionate teacher she still allows herself the pleasure of teaching lessons herself.
Christophe Brehier
Customer Relations Manager
With diplomas in business and marketing studies, Christophe joined the team as an intern in 1994.
Today, as Customer Relations Manager, he will work out the best price for your chosen training. He keeps in regular contact with trainees to confirm that they are still satisfied with their Formation Langues course.

Teachers
Formation Langues‘ key asset is of course its dynamic team of experienced professional teachers, with diverse backgrounds and authentic accents. They are all university graduates with solid experience in teaching their own language.
Our core team of teachers are English, French, Spanish and German, but many others are available for other languages.
Teachers at Formation Langues have to prove that they have:
- A perfect command of their language: mainly native speakers or having lived many years abroad, they all have degrees in languages
- Excellent teaching skills: speaking a language fluently is not enough; our teachers must have substantial teaching experience
- Empathy and ability with any audience: children, teenagers, adults, professionals or private individuals
- Adaptability to people’s professional and personal interests in order to put them in the right frame of mind

All our teachers are passionate about languages and the social interchange that language makes possible. Teaching is our vocation. Our teaching approach helps build a climate of trust conducive to effective transmission of ideas. Learning requires an excellent student-teacher relationship, which is easier to build in our relaxed, friendly, human-sized training center.
We know it’s not always easy to fit training into a busy schedule. This is why we adapt to your availability by offering extended opening times and alternative methods such as remote learning and lunchtime sessions. Our flexibility underpins our personalized solutions adapted to people’s needs, progress, imperatives and availability.
